After 58,000 public comments (predominantly negative)and a month union talks, DoD has concluded it was right and we are wrong. So what took so long? Writing justification. Out of 433 pages published, 290 pages are pure "spin." The prologue is twice as big as the regulation itself!

Voice your opinion on NSPS -- contact your legislators!
IT'S NOT TOO LATE to have a voice. After a month of union consultation, the regulation now goes to Congress for review. Your legislators will have the stongest influence on what becomes of NSPS. They need to hear from you!

Draft some comments and then go to this web site. It will look up your legislators and let you email each of them, one at a time. For maximum impact, copy & paste your comments into an email to each of your legislators.

If you you don't see the "Write Elected Officials" box at the top of your screen, click "ignore this ad" and you will.
