ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) DATED 13 JULY 07

CONCERNING AFI 21-101, DATED 29 JUNE 2006 AND AFMC SUPP 1 OF 07

This is provide clarification regarding the intent of the language in the MOA dated 13 July 2007, concerning AFI 21-101, dated 29 June 2006 and AFMC Supplement 1 of 2007.

1. The parent instruction, AFI 21-101 was officially implemented (with the exception of part 10 B) by the MOA and is currently in effect.

2. Paragraph 7 was written with the expectation that issuance of the AFMC Supplement was imminent. Since the Supplement still has not been published, we are providing clarification to the language in the MOA. Paragraph 7 should read “Upon

implementation of this agreement and issuance of the AFMC Supplement, the following AFMC instructions/documents and their local supplements will be rescinded:”

3. In addition, any other references in this MOA to the AFMC Supplement cannot be enforced until the supplement is published.

4. All other parts of the MOA are enforceable.
