b.       Suicide reviews of represented employees shall be subject to the following conditions:

(1)    Only leadership will be briefed regarding any suicide incident in order to impart lessons learned to their employees.

(2)    The briefing information will be sanitized to exclude personal information that is not relevant to the cause of suicide.

(3)    All civilian employee interviews must be voluntary.

(4)    The Parties recognize they share no consensus on the scientific validity or significance of the “four dimensions of wellness” as defined in the Suicide Review Template.

c.       The Suicide Event Surveillance System database, referred to in Chapter 6 will be used for military personnel only.  No personal information of BUE will be entered into this database.

d.       Suicide and violence prevention training will be conducted in accordance with the MOA on AFI 44-154, dated 26 June 2003.
