AMENDED AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE
CONTRACTING CAREER PROGRAM (CCP)
TECHNICAL APPRAISAL (TA) FORM, AF FORM 2620
1. The following constitutes an amended agreement between Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 relative to the 29 Jun 01 MOA entitled Contracting/Manufacturing Civilian Career Program (CMCCP) Technical Appraisal (TA), AF Form 2620.
2. The parties are amending paragraph 3 by agreeing to allow management to use the 20010501 version of the AF Form 2620 for bargaining unit employees, for the rating period ending 31 Mar 02, in instances where a TA has not been accomplished as of the date of this agreement.
3. TAs accomplished using the 20000301 version, cited in the 29 Jun 01 MOA, will not be reaccomplished for the appraisal period ending 31 Mar 02.
4. The 20010501 version will take full effect for bargaining unit employees either when requested by an employee after his/her initial registration in the career program or in conjunction with the employee's annual performance appraisal, whichever comes first.
