Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) On
AFSC (Air Force Sustainment Center) TDP (Testing Designated Position) Additions
References: Memorandum of Agreement on Air Force Manual 44-198, Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Program, dtd. 9 Oct 2019.
1. The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), hereafter referred to as the Union and Management, hereby enter into this Memorandum of Agreement regarding the addition of testing designated positions across the AFSC.
2. The parties agree that the provisions outlined in Memorandum of Agreement on Air Force Manual 44-198, Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Program, 9 Oct 2019 will be followed for bargaining unit employees being added to the drug testing program within ASFC.
3. The parties agree that this MOA includes the addition of the WG/WL 4102 Painter and WG/WL 7009 Equipment cleaner series at Robins AFB, Georgia; Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and Hill, AFB, Utah.
4. The parties agree that the addition of employees to the testing designation roster will not result in upgraded security clearance requirements for impacted employees.
5. All remedies available under the MLA or 5 U.S.C. 71 will remain available to the parties if concerns cannot be cooperatively resolved.
