MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA)

CONCERNING
AFI 10-217, Resource Augmentation Duty (READY) Program,
Dated 1 April 1999

1. The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), hereafter referred to as the Union and Management, hereby enter into this MOA regarding the above matters as they apply to bargaining unit members covered by the Master Labor Agreement (MLA) between the Parties.

2. Responsibility for negotiations of the subject AFI is hereby delegated to subordinate activities and local Union officials, in accordance with Section 33.02 d. of the MLA.
