MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA)
CONCERNING
AIR FORCE PERSONNEL SURVEY PROGRAM
AFI 36-2601
1 Feb 1996

1. The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), hereafter referred to as the Union and Management, hereby enter into this MOA regarding the above matters as they apply to bargaining unit members covered by the Master Labor Agreement (MLA) between the Parties.

2. Management may conduct command-wide surveys of bargaining unit employees as an information gathering process provided the survey is anonymous and voluntary. AFGE Council 214 will be given the opportunity to consult on such surveys prior to distribution and upon written request be provided a copy of the results. Regarding surveys which are mandatory and not anonymous, AFGE C-214 will be properly notified IAW the MLA.
