MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
CONCERNING
Air Force Material Command Instruction (AFMCI) 90-902,
Operational Risk Management (ORM)
Dated 1 Sep 2001

1. The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) hereby enter into this MOA regarding the above matter as it applies to bargaining unit employees covered by the Master Labor Agreement (MLA) between the parties.

2. The parties have reviewed AFMCI 90-902, Operational Risk Management (ORM), dated 1 Sep 2001, and agree to implement the document as is. Any future changes to this document, that affect working conditions of bargaining unit employees, will be handled IAW the provisions of the MLA.
