MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
CONCERNING
AFI 24-301, VEHICLE OPERATIONS (1 OCT 98)

1.   The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 214 and the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) hereafter referred to as the "Union" and "Management" hereby enter into this MOA regarding matters in the above cited Air Force Instruction as they apply to bargaining unit employees covered by the Master Labor Agreement (MLA) between the parties.

2.   The AFI 24‑301, Vehicle Operations (1 Oct 98) paragraph 2.2 provisions will not be applied to bargaining unit employees. Instead, the provisions of the most recently negotiated AFI 36-704, Discipline and Adverse Actions (currently 22 Jul 94) and the Parties MLA, Article 5, are solely governing.
